Usually I work on-site at the customers premesis as part of a larger team (contracting) with a fixed hourly rate. Depending on the project I use either my own hard- and software or the hard- and software of the customer. I only accept on-site projects in the larger Leipzig area (Halle, Dresden, Jena, sometimes Berlin).
Alternatively I accept projects that I solve from my Leipzig office, either myself or with sub-contracted specialists. In this case the project budget is usually fixed. The contract and calculation of the budget requires a detailed concept that has to be determined in close cooperation with the customer beforehand.
In individual cases I will also accept layout jobs, but only using the Altium Designer CAD system.
